LEADERSHIP COUNCIL Jayna has been selected to be a member of the Kansas
SADD Leadership Council. Looking for a 2nd SADD rep. If you are interested contact Mrs. Workman for the application soon!
Students are able to join SADD at any time during the year. You are always welcome and there are no dues! We currently have 31 members. Check with Mrs. Workman or any of the officers if you wish to be a member of this organization.

SADD events: Scentsy fundraiser went very well! We netted approx. $220 in profit! Yea, thanks to great salesanship! Megan H. won the prize for most sales!
Dec.: We sold Christmas Candy Cane grams. Our profit was approx. 30 dollars! Mr. Stuewe was our Santa Claus and he delivered candy grams to other students with special notes on them during our student's A/B classes.
SADD meeting in Mrs. Workman's office on Feb. 13. We may have officer's meeting beforehand.
WHS SADD participated in a fundraiser at the Lincoln Street Bowling Alley in Wamego on Sat. January 28th. Four SADD members attended. The money raised was almost $80! Thanks to Bailee, Jayna, Cara and Hunter for taking time out of their busy weekend schedule to bowl for fun and raise some money! Pictures to be posted at later date!
VALENTINE"S DAY GIFTS- Classy Red heart Balloon with candy bar attached- $2.50 each or 2 for $5. Make a special someone smile and help support SADD!
Leukemia and Lymphoma Society fundraiser starts Feb. 27- March 16th. We are doing penny wars among classes this year again, plus selling gatorade to the students during break time. Various other incentives will be thought of to encourage student giving to make a difference! We will partner our fundraising with Relay for Life benefit for cancer.
Our next fundraiser to support people who want to attend the National SADD conference in San Diego will be: Yard Art in February, if weather is permitting! Ice Cream sundaes or Splits during lunchtime coming up! Sadd is also helping Pep Club with service projects. Ideas are welcome! Sadd will raise money to support Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in February. We are planning on having a team for the Cancer Walk as well.
